A large polished Serpentine specimen from the foot of the Lizard peninsula, Cornwall, England's most southernly point.

The stone is an attractive combination of Serpentine group minerals Chrysotile and Lizardite in deep khaki-olive green and pale greenish-white shades and also displays black veins which run through the rock.
