A flat-topped Quartz cabochon from Diamanta, Minas Gerais, Brazil with sprays of black & golden-brown Goethite needles against a background of colourless and pale Amethyst quartz. 

These inclusions are sometimes referred to as "Cacoxenite" although it should be noted that this is an incorrect description.
