A Quartz cabochon from China with a dense and alluring inclusion scene.

Held within the transparent Quartz host is a plane of deep forest-green and pinkish-brown chlorite-bearing Lodolite, a mineral bearing clay.
Lying on the Lodolite bed and protruding into the clear, transparent section of the cabochon, is a yellow-brown crystal of Calcite in an uncommon twinned scalenohedral crystal habit.
