This bright pink Sapphire from Madagascar has benefited from lead glass filling. While the treatment is intended to deceive, the result is still a rather attractive and liuvely stone, which still displays a number of natural liquid plane inclusions.  It would make an excellent reference specimen for students of gemmological treatments.
