A faceted Sunstone gemstone from Mexico.

This well-cut, bright and lively gem has a yellow body colour, and displays a shimmering pink schiller as the stone is rotated under the light.

Images 7 and 8 are slightly magnified views of the streams tiny copper platelet inclusions in the gem which catch the light and are the cause of the glistening schiller.
