A remarkable Sunstone gem from the Pana mine, Little Eagle butte, southern Oregon, USA.

The stone displays a saturated orange-red body colour and the characteristic schiller of this sought-after gem variety from a sought after locale. 

The only visible inclusions in the stone are the streams of copper platelets which cause the glittering schiller, or aventurescent effect.
