Product Description

A superb cabochon of fossilized Wood Opal from Indonesia.

The gem was created by a process of polymorphic replacement, the original wood being replaced with Opal.

It has a black body colour against which the opalescent flashes of spectral colours, predominantly red, green, yellow and pink and more.
