A synthetic Emerald gemstone made by Chatham of the USA.

The stone comes from old stock and was created using the flux-melt process.

The inclusion scene is characteristic of gems created by this method, consisting of twisted veil-like inclusions of residual flux (images 4 and 5).

It also displays a distinct red fluorescence when exposed to longwave UV light (image 6).
